Franck started his professional life as a Tax inspector with the French National Revenue Service. He has also worked for 20 years as a senior legislative advisor to the French Parliament and the German Bundestag, chiefly in drafting business law and approximating European Union directives into National legislation.
Franck holds a Master’s degree in law from the Sorbonne University, and a Doctorate in Political Sciences from Pantheon/Assas University, both in Paris. He also holds a Master’s degree from the French National Tax College (École nationale des impôts).
A visiting scholar of the Australian National University (Canberra) and the International section of the French École nationale d’administration, he worked extensively with the United Nations and USAID, the world’s premier international development agency, advising governments in the modernization of their business legislation, on their way to their accession to the World Trade Organization (WTO).
Franck mainly practices Tax, and Customs law. He assists French, and foreign firms in National, European and International tax matters, and tax planning, litigation and tax audits.
Raised in a bilingual family background (English – French) Franck also assists families in settling their taxes, and in their tax audits and disputes.
