Roger Ribault is a highly skilled French lawyer, his experience being acquired at the highest level in the courts and the French administration. Roger can offer his clients tried and tested know how and can facilitate relations with key French policy makers in administrative authorities at both national, regional and local level, prefectural and municipal, as well as the tax and customs services in order to settle disputes and issues relating to the application of international tax and administrative treaties between Ireland, the UK and France.

Roger qualified in public law at the University of Rennes and the Institut d’études judiciaires de Paris 2. He qualified as a civil judge at the Ecole Nationale de la Magistrature (ENM) in Bordeaux.

He has accomplished numerous missions and studies representing the French Republic, la Fondation Nationale, Entreprise et Progrès and several international NGOs at international meetings and study trips in Ireland, the UK, the USA, Norway, Turkey, French speaking African countries and at the European Commission.

Roger is a former trial judge, and appeal court judge in Paris and Président de Chambre at the Court of Appeal of Angers. He was decorated for legal services to France in 2010 when he was made a Knight of the Legion of Honour (Chevalier de la Légion d’honneur).
